Baringa Tavern - new build
FBI were engaged to design and construct the commercial kitchen and bars in the new Baringa Tavern on The Sunshine Coast. Working closely with the client and project architect, a large open plan kitchen, huge U-Shape Bistro Bar and funky Sports Bar were designed and specified to meet the needs of this new venue.
Featuring B&S gas cooking equipment, MKN Combi ovens, Synergy gas grill, Henny Penny self-filtering fryers and the impressive Beech pizza oven, coupled with Williams under-bench refrigeration this kitchen is super functional. Williams customised Cameo Back Bar fridges dominate the bars and provide a striking visual display.
